Bansko SPA & Holidays Hotel

Curățenia pe care trebuie sa o facă cameristele zilnic lasă de dorit. La barul din lobby, băiatul este super, știe engleză, foarte prietenos și serviabil.
La Receptie unele persoane nu stiu engleză.

We are a family of 10 persons and asked for having the tables in the restaurant combined so that we could sit together. This was simply and unpolitely refused without any further comment. The food was not OK, no differentation.People at the reception ...
