What guests appreciate most
Among the strongest features of Cornelia Deluxe Residence are its peaceful setting at the foot of the Pirin Mountains, attractive mountain and golf-course views and spacious accommodation. Guests frequently appreciate the cleanliness, comfort, friendly staff and good overall value for money. The spa area with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi is a welcome addition after a day in the mountains, while the large parking area is practical for guests travelling by car. Breakfast and the restaurant receive many positive comments, although opinions about food are not completely uniform. During winter, the organised shuttle to the Bansko ski area makes access more convenient.

The main practical drawback is the distance from central Bansko and the gondola, as the property is located in the Betolovoto area and travelling by car or hotel shuttle is considerably more convenient than walking. During periods of high occupancy, the spa and swimming pool can feel relatively small and crowded. Recent reviews also mention very slippery flooring around the pool and occasional technical issues such as bathroom leaks, air conditioning, Wi-Fi or equipment in individual units. Breakfast is generally well received, but some guests find the selection more limited during quieter periods.

First of all…for the price I paid I’ve been accommodated in a very old room and I can say even not really clean.
The robes were dirty with a brownish stains on it. The internet was coming and going, from room ...
