Among the strongest features of Elegant Lux Bansko are its convenient location close to the gondola, spacious studios and apartments and good conditions for family and ski holidays. Guests appreciate the attitude of the staff, the generous accommodation space, mountain views and the possibility of preparing meals in the apartments. The relaxation area with an indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, steam room, Turkish bath, salt room and fitness centre is a welcome addition after an active day. During winter, the complimentary transport to the gondola is particularly useful for guests carrying ski equipment.

I enjoyed my stay overall. There is a good spa in the hotel and this is the only reason why I’m leaving a moderately positive review . The location is good. Breakfast is average so is the supper.
But, man, mattresses… you need to change it at least once ...
