I would recommend to a friend

Elegant Lux Bansko

I enjoyed my stay overall. There is a good spa in the hotel and this is the only reason why I’m leaving a moderately positive review . The location is good. Breakfast is average so is the supper.
But, man, mattresses… you need to change it at least once ...
