hotel overview:

If you are looking for comfort, chance to rest and relax in a pleasant way, Evergreen Aparthotel and Spa is a hotel near the ski lift, offering coziness and comfort, relaxing Spa procedures as well as unforgettable culinary experiences.

What guests appreciate most

The strongest advantage of Evergreen Aparthotel is its convenient location in Bansko's ski area, approximately 300 metres from the main gondola station. This makes it particularly practical for skiers and families who want to reach the main winter facilities on foot. Guests appreciate the spacious studios and apartments, peaceful atmosphere and views towards the Pirin Mountains. The relaxation area with a swimming pool and Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room is a welcome addition after an active day, while the apartment-style format is also useful for longer stays.

What guests most often complain about

Public feedback does not indicate one clearly dominant serious problem, although overall opinions are relatively mixed. Individual reviews mention Wi-Fi quality, maintenance and differences in the condition of individual units. The spa area is compact, so during busy winter periods the pool, sauna and steam room can feel crowded. Travellers expecting a large contemporary spa complex should be aware of the smaller scale of the wellness facilities.

Who is this hotel suitable for?

Evergreen Aparthotel is suitable for skiers, couples, families and small groups who place a high priority on proximity to the gondola and prefer more spacious apartment-style accommodation. It is also suitable for guests who value a quieter atmosphere and want to combine a ski holiday with basic wellness facilities.

Our recommendation

We recommend Evergreen Aparthotel primarily for its convenient ski location, spacious accommodation and practical combination of apartment-style lodging and relaxation facilities. Before booking, guests should confirm the exact studio or apartment category, its current equipment, housekeeping arrangements and the operating hours of the swimming pool and spa facilities. Travellers looking for a large luxury spa centre or a completely uniform newly renovated standard across all units may prefer another type of hotel.
