hotel overview:
Four Points by Sheraton Bansko resort, perfectly nestled in the heart of the mountain’s cherished wonderland, offering seamless access to exciting thrills.
What guests appreciate most
Four Points by Sheraton Bansko currently receives very strong guest ratings, with its excellent location close to the gondola and central Bansko, modern and comfortable rooms, high standards of cleanliness and friendly staff among the most frequently praised features. Breakfast is particularly well rated for its quality and selection. The hotel offers an extensive wellness area with an indoor swimming pool, seasonal outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, relaxation area and fitness centre. Two restaurants, ski storage and contemporary shared spaces add further convenience for both winter and year-round stays.
What guests most often complain about
Current feedback is predominantly positive and does not indicate a major recurring problem. One practical point mentioned by guests is that hotel parking is subject to a charge, which should be considered by travellers arriving by car. There are occasional comments about inconsistent quality of certain dinner or half-board dishes, although breakfast is generally rated very highly. During busy winter periods, the swimming pools, spa and restaurants can naturally become more crowded. Some skiers may also prefer accommodation directly beside the gondola entrance, although Four Points remains within convenient walking distance.
Who is this hotel suitable for?
Four Points by Sheraton Bansko is particularly suitable for couples, families, skiers and travellers looking for a contemporary international hotel standard close to Bansko's main tourist area. Its swimming pools and wellness facilities also make it a good option outside the main ski season, while the modern rooms and strong overall facilities suit guests seeking a more polished four-star experience.
Our recommendation
We recommend Four Points by Sheraton Bansko to travellers who prioritise modern accommodation, good service, a high-quality breakfast, wellness facilities and convenient access to the gondola. It is currently one of the more strongly rated four-star options in Bansko. Before booking, guests should check the current parking charges, the exact meal plan included and the seasonal operation of the outdoor pools.

This was our first skiing holiday, so didn’t really know what to expect.
We found the hotel to be warm and welcoming, when we first arrived in the early hours of the morning, they had put us a "packed lunch" together as we had missed our dinner. We ...
