The pool water is not warm enough.
The bed was excellent, but the couch was terrible!! .
We paid for 3 adults and one had to sleep inside this horrible sofa and it was very unpleasant.

A great hotel and bass for skiing, lovely swimming pool and spa. Only complaint would be meal times are extremely busy.
