Elegant, with cozy and very spacious rooms.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
They can speak english and greek as well!
A very good hotel all around.

Me and my family had a great time for three days last week.The location is very quiet and not far away from the center.Public places,rooms,spa,food,personel are great.Prices are ruther cheap and opposite to the hotel there is a very good tavern with delicious ...

Me and my family stayed in Lucky Bansko hotel in Jan 2009. I couldn't believe it is like a different world. Yup, as for the beginning, the 'building site' near the hotel let it down, but soon afterwards.. The personell was very professional, spoke English ...
