We stayed here for a first family skiing holiday. The two bed apartment was functional and sufficient for the 6 of us. Room service called every day and made the beds. The kids liked the pool and the sauna was great after a days skiing. As Half board guests we were happy to stay in the hotel every evening and the meals were wholesome, with rice, pasta and Potatos, with pork, chicken, fish and beef available every evening with plenty veg salads and fruit. In order to get to the ski area in time we took the 10 minute walk every morning and the hotel shuttle from the gondola car park every evening. As a base for a first time ski holiday it was a good base. The kids had a great time are now competent intermediate skiers, looking forward to their next Ski Holiday.
Luben, the Bulgaria Hotels rep was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to help us on New years eve to give us our ski passes and ski school details. He was also at the equipment depot at 10am new years day to make sure that everything was ok.
By getting the transfer, ski pass, lessons and equipment through Bulgaria Hotels (Profi Agents), we actually got ski package support without realising it.

Our Family had a holiday of a lifetime and we would highly recommend booking through Bulgaria Hotels (Profi Agents), including transfers, ski passes, lessons and equipment. You also have the peace of mind of knowing that there is a local agent available, should any issues arise.
