hotel overview:

The complex comprises 85 luxury apartments viewing the Pirin and Rila mountains. The hotel is built in the typical architectural of the region and is furnished in style, lending warmth and coziness. This you may feel just by entering the large lobby of the hotel.

What guests appreciate most

Among the strongest features of Parklands Aparthotel are its very convenient position close to the gondola, spacious accommodation and practical infrastructure for winter holidays. Current guests frequently praise the warm rooms, staff and variety of food. The hotel offers an indoor swimming pool, spa and wellness area with Turkish bath, fitness facilities, restaurant, lobby bar and children's area. Ski services and proximity to the main lift station are particularly useful for families and active skiers.

What guests most often complain about

Public feedback is generally positive but not completely consistent. Some older reviews mention maintenance and condition issues in individual units, which is relevant in an aparthotel offering different types of studios and apartments. During busy winter periods, the swimming pool, spa area and restaurant can become crowded. The standard of furnishings may also vary between accommodation categories.

Who is this hotel suitable for?

Parklands Aparthotel is suitable for families, couples, groups of friends and skiers looking for spacious accommodation and very convenient proximity to the gondola. It also suits guests who want a swimming pool, spa facilities and an on-site restaurant without relying on daily transport to the ski area.

Our recommendation

We recommend Parklands Aparthotel to travellers for whom proximity to the lift, spacious accommodation and access to a swimming pool and wellness area are key priorities. It is a practical choice for family or ski holidays. Before booking, guests should confirm the exact studio or apartment category, its current equipment, the included meal plan and the operating hours of the spa facilities.
