The staff (apart from the reception) do not speak English, they don't smile and are not "kind".
The cleaning services are substandard. The food (breakfast and restaurant) offers big portions and is plentiful but not very high quality.
Good beds, internet ...

we stayed here as a group of 17 and the hotel was perfect, accommodation was much higher standard comparing to others i have stayed in around there.
