Êàòî öÿëî êîìïëåêñúò å ñâåñòåí... ìîæå äà ñå ïîìèñëè îùå çà çàáàâëåíèÿòà... è çà åëåìåíòàðíè íåùà. Áàñåéíúò, äæàêóçèòî, ïàðíàòà áàíÿ è ñàóíàòà - ðàáîòÿò ñàìî äî 8 ÷àñà âå÷åðòà âìåñòî äà ãè ïóñíàò äåíîíîùíî èëè ïîíå äî 12 ÷àñà ïðåç íîùòà. Îòíîøåíèåòî íà ïåðñîíàëà å îòëè÷íî - îòçèâ÷èâè, óñìèõíàòè. Õðàíàòà å óæàñíà, îáèêíîâåíèòå äâîéíè ñòàè íå îòãîâàðÿò êàòî çà õîòåë 4 çâåçäè - äîðè è ïî íàøèòå çàíèæåíè ñòàíäàðòè. Ìàòðàöèòå ñà íåóäîáíè, âúçãëàâíèöèòå âèñîêè...

Âñè÷êèòå òåçè íåùà áèõà ìîãëè äà ñå îïðàâÿò íà óïðàâëåíñêî íèâî... òàì íåùàòà êóöàò îïðåäåëåíî.

The hotel is far away from the lift, approximately 13 km.
TV very very small, not flat TV and not working. Not fully equipped kitchenette as stayted. We had only 6 cups. Not hair dryer, you need to ask and they will give you if they have one.
We had New year diner. Big mistake. The waiters were very impolite and unhelpful. We could not order some extra drink. We waited 2 hours from the salad to the second plate. The main course was served after 2 am.
The room was not in the main building and very inconvenient if you want to go to spa or swimming pool. To go from one building to another was on the dark ice road. No side walks.
I will not recommend this hotel. Avoid it.
