Имахме резарвация за 3 нощувки, но останахме само една вечер, защото бяхме крайно разочаровани от несъответствията между снимки, описание и реалността. Храната - ужас!

Локацията на хотела е много добра, персонала е много любезен и се справя чудесно. Спа центъра е много добър , обслужването е добро. Интернет в хотела почти неможе да се ползва, има включваш се и минута след това изчезва. Закуската е добра , но вечерите бяха под всякаква критика, определено трябва да сменят готвача си.

The location of the hotel is the their advantage. The service is pretty average. The front desk isn't helpful. The Ski resort is very nice, family oriented. 70 km of ski trails. Roi

были в этом отеле два раза:зимой 2013, 2014 года, в 2015 снова забронировали там номер. Номер берем двухкомнатный, так как сын взрослый, да и места хочется побольше, питание полупансион. Все устраивает, за исключением шумных гостей из греции, которые любят общаться в коридоре на этаже. В отеле замечательные завтраки и неплохие ужины. После катания на лыжах, приятно отдохнуть в парилке и расслабиться в бассейне. От отеля до подьемника очень близко. Так что рекомендую этот отель всем знакомым.

Vihren Royal Palace

This was one of a number of hotels we had short listed but we chose very well. The room was spacious and had a great view of the mountains. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The Spa facilities were excellent and open for long hours so were always available. The buffet breakfast was plentiful. The meals and drinks were reasonably priced for a hotel of this quality.The hotel is very near the gondola so should be a must in winter.
