Winslow Elegance Hotel

This was our 4th accommodation in Winslow Elegance, but first reservation on a local agency. Previous we where located in "B" apartments, now on "A". Our request for changing the apartment was ignored saying that if fully booked, but this was not true. No cars in the parking, no lights in the rooms...
The apartment A5 was dirty: dirty decorative pillows, dirty sofa. Only one bath for 4 people!!! TV only in living room. Broken shower hose... Lack of light bulbs (we asked for replacing, but nobody came).
And the worst: electric heater in the bath cabin (!!!) with broken socket!!! We had serious concerns for our children.
This apartment should be denied for any kind of rental.
