The Hotel offers 164 beds in 76 rooms and 6 apartments. All rooms are furnished in luxury, including individual bathrooms with warm mineral water on tap, cable TV, minibar, telephone and local heating. The apartments have tubs and air-conditioning systems. There is also an Internet room, gift and cosmetics shop, secure parking lot. The Hotel offers business services and well equipped conference room for up to 60 seats. Other facilities include restaurant with summer terrace, Internet cafe with open air terrace, snooker table and gym. The summer residence of Czar Boris III with its rich botanical garden is a site of cultural and historic prominence. BALNEAL THERAPY CENTRE
The rehabilitation centre includes three medical offices, balneal therapy unit, outdoor mineral water pool, steam bath, physiotherapy and lye therapy units, herbal tubs with mineral water, hydro massage tubs, mud therapy unit, massage rooms and kinetic therapy unit
MINERAL WATER
The mineral waters of Banya originate from several springs. There are more than 10 large mineral springs in the resort. The waters come at 30 lt./sec and temperature 35-50 °C. The average temperature of Banya waters is 58 °C. These are weakly mineralized, sulfate, hydrocarbonate-sodium, fluoric, siliceous waters with strong alkaline pH of 9.2.
Remedial mud is an important factor. In more detail, it is peat soaked with mineral water.
