10 of Varna city beaches are awarded with an excellent mark in the latest report 2011, issued by EU commission of environment and water resources.
The commission is in charge of the proper examination of the quality of waters and the aim is to help tourists find their best place at the beach. The examination is completed on the basis of various important criteria. The excellent marks are given to the beaches ‘Sunny Day’, ‘Kabakum’, ‘Breeze Funite’, ‘Fichoza’, ‘Chernomorets’, ‘Pasha Dere’, ‘Mineral pool’ in the resort St.st.Constantine and Elena, as well as Riviera beach and Seaside casino in Golden Sands.
