Belogradchik Rocks are the leading phenomenon in ‘Wonders of Bulgaria’

The voting for ‘Wonders of Bulgaria’ is ongoing right now. It started on July 5th and will continue till the end of September.
More than 150 historians, archaeologists, and experts have chosen 30 cultural and historic tourism spots that symbolize the tangible and spiritual heritage of the gorgeous Bulgaria. Everyone can vote for their favourite landmark if they want to see it under the auspices of UNESCO as a recognized cultural and world heritage.
Currently first place is for Belogradchik Rocks and Magurata Cave. The third in the ranking is Baba Vida fortress with 51% that follows the royal town of Veliko Turnovo, the heart of Bulgarian kingdom that once existed on our lands. The 4th place goes for Tatul and Perperikon, Madara, as well as the Valley of the Thracian kings.
