Eco tourism and birds’ observation in the nature reserve Srebarna become more popular among tourists.
Ornithologists from Germany, England, USA, Japan and Scandinavian countries spend hours while observing birds. Most of the tourists have their own equipment for observations. The museum Srebarna also offers binoculars for observation.
The greatest interest is made in pelicans. They are one of species threatened with extinction. 139 kinds of plants, 41 kinds of animals, 21 kinds of reptiles and 20 kinds of fish can be seen in Srebarna.
