Your Reception staff are downright rude. It’s a shame because they are efficient and competent. Their abrupt, ignorant manner might put people off returning to or recommending the hotel as a place to stay.

Nice little hotel but found the evening buffet dire and the cleaning staff incredibly rude (we arrived to an absolute stench of vomit in our room and they refused to help us)
