Yagoda ski chalets are charming Scandinavian style chalets in lovely, quiet surroundings. A peaceful location outside the resort, the Yagoda is ideal for couples or families who want to enjoy a less hectic ski holiday.
What guests appreciate most
The main strengths of Yagoda Ski Chalets are the peaceful woodland environment, the privacy of individual wooden chalets and their suitability for families, couples and small groups. Each chalet provides a kitchenette, private bathroom and terrace, while some units also feature a private sauna. Guests value the possibility of preparing their own meals, free parking and the organised ski shuttle. The indoor spa centre, saunas, outdoor hot tubs and seasonal swimming pool provide useful relaxation facilities after an active day in the mountains.
What guests most often complain about
The complex is approximately two kilometres from central Borovets and is not immediately beside the main ski lifts, so walking with ski equipment can be inconvenient. Some public feedback for the combined Yagoda & Malina resort describes a relatively simple or older standard in certain chalets and mixed impressions regarding service and value for money. Because many reviews combine Yagoda and Malina, these criticisms should be treated with caution when assessing Yagoda alone. At maximum occupancy, the standard chalets may also feel more compact than a larger apartment or hotel suite.

The kitchen was not functional, the stove and oven did not work and we had to have the stove replaced. the kitchen was too small for a family of 4 and being able to cook ourselves. Not enough supplies, there should be more things in the kitchen to ...

Great accommodation, beautiful forest around the building, ideal for children. No oven, but only microwave oven, there is no organized transport to the ski resort.

9thing to work on : reception - they gave us the room told us where it is said not to park our car near the villa because the fine was 50 lev ..i followed the rules but all the others didnt . dont know if they were fined 50lev for it. asked for wi-fi ...
