Bourgas city hosts the World Beach tennis championship

This is the first time when World Beach Tennis championship will be held in Bulgaria instead of Italy. The host of the prestigious sports event will be Bulgaria’s beach city Bourgas. Especially for the sports event, here are installed 8 tennis courts, 6 of them for competitions and 2 are for training purposes. 150 contestants from Italy, France, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Greece, Austria, Poland, Germany, Croatia, Estonia, Brazil, Japan and Mexico will play for the final round today.
All fans of tennis game will be able to watch live the game at Bourgas central beach and entrance is free. Some of the tennis courts will remain at the beach after the contest is over so that both tourists and residents will enjoy beach tennis all summer long.
