Bulgaria Denies Russian Virus Scare Reports

Bulgarian authorities officially denied Russian media reports that a mysterious virus has hit the country just weeks before the summer season kicks off. The Bulgarian Embassy in Moscow is authorized to inform that no official Bulgarian institute has recorded changes in the epidemical environment in the country, reads a statement of the Bulgarian Embassy in Moscow, circulated to the Russian media. The Bulgarian Embassy points out that the number of Russian tourists willing to visit Bulgaria has been on the rise over the last several years.
