Security measures have been tightened in all Bulgarian hotels that currently accommodate Israeli guests, said Bulgarian Economy, Energy and Tourism Minister Delyan Dobrev. Currently, there are about 1000 Israeli tourists in Bulgaria, he revealed.
"The tightened measures were undertaken immediately after the tragedic incident on Wednesday, perhaps 10 to 15 minutes later," the Minister told reporters on Thursday. Dobrev stated that no foreign tourists have canceled their bookings due to the tragic incident. Bulgaria has applied all security measures at the airports as well, now tourists are required to check-in 2 hours prior to their flight.
