Pamporovo winter resort highly value guest's opinions, suggestions, and comments. Hotel owners in Bulgarian Pamporovo ski resort in cooperation with the three municipalities in the region-Smolyan, Chepelare and Devin, are to going to start comprehensive survey of tourists who spend their holiday in the region.

The research will continue about 4 months and its main aim is to determine their preferences, useful advice and attitudes towards Pamporovo ski resort. What the hotel owners are seeking for are those opinions for the level of the service in Pamporovo hotels, for the infrastructure standard, entertainment and tourist attractions in the resort. More than 90% of hotels in the region have been already included in this first of its kind initiative and they will welcome their guests to fill out the polls and take part in the survey. Organizers from the hotels Royal Lodge, Orlovets, Zora, Perelik, Dafovska, Prespa were the first ones which supported and joined the initiative for seeking feedback from Pamporovo guests. The Mayor of Smolyan Municipality, Mrs.Qnkova, assisted the initiative and she declared that the analysis of results from the research will be announced in the end of March 2009. It is expected that thousands of opinions will be summarized and included in the final analysis.
