Cultural tourism in Bulgaria- following Thracians’ steps

The potential of Bulgaria to develop cultural tourism will be presented to foreign journalists. They will take part in a journalist tour ‘Following Thracians’ traces’ which will be held from 18th until 23rd of October 2011. The group includes 10 representatives of leading foreign media. They will get acquainted with tourism routes that may attract foreign tourists. Journalists will visit the Thracian comb Sveshtari, Kazanluk Tomb and the two tombs in the valley of Thracian kings- Ostrusha and Golyama Kosmatka, Alexandrovo tomb near Haskovo city, as well as famous Thracian rock settlement Perperikon. Journalists’ last stop will be the temple of the Thracian rulers in Starosel.
