In the beach resort Albena this week we expect to mark the millionth overnight for this summer season. 943 000 overnights are registered this year. Therefore, there is 9% drop in the number of overnights as compared to the same period last year, but revenue has increased by 8%. 16 700 tourists find their piece of haven in Albena right now and the hotels are 97% occupied. Tourists from the former countries from the Soviet Union mark the biggest group. There is 22% growth of the number of tourists from UK.
