We’ve been coming go this hotel for 10 years now and never have I ever seen such crowded restaurant!!!! This thing with staff giving the food is a bad idea. The line was bigger than even when you had to put the food for yourself! Staff really nice at the restaurant and Andreea from reception made our stay memorable! Any problem we had she solved it. Thank you Andreea!

Hotelul este situat intr-o zona linistita, este foarte curat, camera spatioasa, terasa cu mese si scaune, piscina pentru adulti,piscina pentru copii, mincare buna; singurul inconvenient din punctul meu de vedere-distanta mare fata de plaja .

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. Since we have 3 kids, we had 2 rooms, both of them on the fifth floor. The view of the Black Sea was breath-taking. The rooms were very big with plenty of room for luggage and more. The AC worked just fine, so no problem on a hot day. The pool is very large, with a bar where you can take free drinks and snacks, if you are on a all-inclusive program. The lobby is large and spacious. The staff is beyond friendly. They accomodated us with the few requests we had.
And then the food. OMG. If you are a health fanatic maybe this is not exactly for you. Even though they have a lot of salads and vegeterian dishes. The choices were overwhelming. Three main meals, AM and PM snack, and a midnight snack. And it was all freshly cooked. Anybody who tells you the food is lousy is lying.
Overall, very satisfied with our stay. Yeah, there is more to be desired, but you also have to pay much more.

we arrived very late at night we got checked in quickly and taken to our room where we had a cold supper waiting for us which was lovely.
after that the holiday just got better and better, the staff were all friendly and helpful
the food was a good mix there was always lots to choose from chicken,pork,beef,pasta,fish etc etc
the pool and pool area was clean the cleaners never seemed to stop.
if you want a busy holiday walk out of the hotel and turn left which we did sometimes but if you want a quiet holiday go out the hotel and turn right for quieter beaches which are lovely and clean but if you want a perfect holiday you just dont need to leave the hotel really.

Well I must say that after reading the reviews on this website, I was rather nervous when I got off the coach to start my holiday. First impressions were good, and the staff were friendly - despite it being the early hours of the morning. We were shown to our room, and were delighted with the sea views, the clean and spacious bathroom and the general standard of the decor. We nipped down for a quick drink, and found the bar to be well stocked.
It didn't take long to discover that the staff did not speak much in the way of English, but far from beinf rude, they were efficient and did their jobs with a smile. The food may not be gormet standard, but it was varied and warm and I especially loved the vibrant ice cream. There was also a pianist in the restaurant, who kept us entertained with his pop versions of popular classics.
The pool was clean and tidy - although could have done with being a few degrees warmer.
There may not have been much in the way of entertainment, but I was not looking for a Butlins style holiday camp. If you wanted excess, it was right outside the door in the wondefully camp resort.
The location of the hotel could not have been better, as the beach, bars and shops were just a short stroll away.
We departed the hotel in the middle of the night, and the staff had even packed us breakfast to take away on the coach.

Me and my friend stayed at Elena for a week in aug 07. First time in bulgaria so didn,t know what to expect. The hotel was clean, rooms spacious and really nice. Stayed all inclusive and ate there all week, food was varied and well presented. Only drawback was entertainment, which was non existant, so no good for families with young children. All staff were polite and service okay. Theres a medical centre within the hotel, but thankfully we didn,t need it. Pool area was nice, although sunbeds were soon taken. Theres plenty of lovely seating in the hotel, on two floors to relax and have a drink.The lovely beach is a short walk away and the stalls and shops nearby allow you to browse at your leisure. Bought several pairs of sandals for 10 levs = less than £4 pair. Drinks reasonable when drinking out.
