What guests appreciate most

The former GRIFID Moko Beach is now integrated into the new five-star GRIFID Noa as an adjoining wing containing the Standard rooms. Guests therefore have access to almost all of the resort's extensive facilities, including a direct beachfront location, private beach section, multiple swimming pools, bars and a-la-carte restaurants, wellness facilities and a 24-hour Premium All Inclusive concept. The Standard rooms were renovated in 2023 and include a balcony, air conditioning, daily-refilled minibar, tea and coffee facilities and daily housekeeping. Guests frequently praise the cleanliness, food, wide restaurant choice, modern shared areas, friendly staff and the convenience of having the beach directly beside the complex. Two sun loungers and one umbrella per room are included on the beach, subject to availability.

What guests most often complain about

The most important point is that the Standard rooms in the former Moko Beach wing are not identical to the Deluxe rooms in GRIFID Noa's new main building. Some current guests consider the Standard rooms relatively compact for a five-star product, although they are renovated and comfortable. There are isolated comments about inconsistent communication with housekeeping or beach staff, temporary Wi-Fi issues and minor organisational problems or damaged beach equipment. Parking is charged and spaces are limited, with remote parking and shuttle transport used when necessary. Standard-room guests use the separate Terrazza main restaurant rather than the main buffet restaurant allocated to Deluxe accommodation.

Who is this hotel suitable for?

This option is suitable for families, couples and travellers who want access to the facilities and Premium All Inclusive services of GRIFID Noa while staying in the renovated former Moko Beach wing. It particularly suits guests who prioritise the direct beach location, food, swimming pools and extensive resort facilities over the larger size or newer design of the Deluxe rooms.

Our recommendation

We recommend this product provided that the booking clearly specifies a Standard room in the former Moko Beach wing of GRIFID Noa. The overall hotel product is of a high standard and current GRIFID Noa ratings are very strong, but there are meaningful differences between Standard and Deluxe accommodation in design, room size and main restaurant. Before booking, guests should confirm the exact room category and view, conditions for a-la-carte restaurants, included beach services and the current parking charge.
