JOYA PARK is a four star complex consisting of a residential and a hotel part on six floors with two elevators. An outdoor swimming pool with children's section is located amidst a unique park. The complex opened its doors in 2006. The modern architecture and furnishings with all the contemporary comforts ensure true relaxation amidts nature parks and vegetation.

The Pearl of the Black Sea resort Golden Sands has a wonderful wide beach line 4.5 km long. This is one of the best beaches in Europe and is only a 10-15 minute walk from JOYA Park complex.

The gentle sun, the crystal clear sea and the sand dunes, the beach with soft golden sand from where the resort bears its name will give you real pleasure. There are no marine animals and fish in the Black Sea, along the coast and the beach that pose a danger to humans.

JOYA” Park complex is situated about 450 meters from the sea and the center of the resort through a direct, forrest path, it is only 150 meters from the bus station to Varna and Albena resort and only 23 kilometers from Varna International Airport. Near Golden sands restort are the ancient cave monastery “Aladza Manastir”, equestrian, yacht port, Water Attractions Park, wonderful beach with a greathe variety of entertainments. Visitors of the resort have opportunities for wild sunbathing in a perimeter of about 40 km., sightseeing (Eco trails in the Golden Sands Nature Park, Mud baths in Balchishka Tuzla - a natural phenomenon with healing properties by the sea, etc.).
