JOYA PARK is a four star complex consisting of a residential and a hotel part on six floors with two elevators. An outdoor swimming pool with children's section is located amidst a unique park. The complex opened its doors in 2006. The modern architecture and furnishings with all the contemporary comforts ensure true relaxation amidts nature parks and vegetation.

The Pearl of the Black Sea resort Golden Sands has a wonderful wide beach line 4.5 km long. This is one of the best beaches in Europe and is only a 10-15 minute walk from JOYA Park complex.

The gentle sun, the crystal clear sea and the sand dunes, the beach with soft golden sand from where the resort bears its name will give you real pleasure. There are no marine animals and fish in the Black Sea, along the coast and the beach that pose a danger to humans.
