hotel overview:

Park Hotel Kamchia is a two-star hotel renovated in 2014, located in the center of the resort. Kamchia near the beach. The hotel offers very good accommodation conditions and a wide range of services, which makes it extremely suitable for family vacations. Here everyone will be able to relax and have fun from the heart, to take time for themselves and their loved ones. The combination of a wonderful beach, fresh air and pristine nature, makes Kamchia a favorite place for many.

What guests appreciate most

Kamchia Park Hotel is a practical All Inclusive property in Golden Sands, located within a relatively short walk of the beach and central resort area. Current guests most often praise the friendly staff, convenient location, spacious rooms, swimming pool and reasonable value for money. More recent feedback includes positive comments about clean accommodation, regular housekeeping, varied and enjoyable food and a relatively quiet setting that remains close to the beach. The hotel offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, restaurant, pool bar, air-conditioned rooms and family accommodation options.

What guests most often complain about

The overall rating is moderate rather than high, indicating some inconsistency between individual stays. Older Tripadvisor reviews contain criticism of dated furnishings, inconsistent cleanliness, noise, a slow lift and limited food quality or variety. These comments come from a small and mostly old review sample and should not be treated as representative of every current stay. Booking provides a more balanced current picture, although cleanliness, comfort and Wi-Fi remain more moderately rated. Parking capacity is limited and spaces cannot be reserved in advance, which can be inconvenient during peak season.

Who is this hotel suitable for?

Kamchia Park Hotel is suitable for families, couples and budget-conscious travellers looking for an All Inclusive holiday close to the beach without requiring a luxury or fully modernised hotel. It particularly suits guests who prioritise price, location, swimming pool and practical services over a higher standard of furnishings.

Our recommendation

We recommend Kamchia Park Hotel as a budget-oriented option in Golden Sands, particularly when offered at a competitive rate. Its strongest features are the proximity to the beach, friendly staff, spaciousness of some rooms and the All Inclusive concept. Before booking, guests should check current photos of the exact room category, recent feedback regarding cleanliness and food, the precise scope of the All Inclusive package and current parking availability.
