hotel overview:

What guests appreciate most

Empire Balneo & SPA Hotel is a modern five-star balneo and spa hotel in Hisarya with very strong current ratings for comfort, cleanliness, service and the range of wellness facilities. The most frequently praised features include spacious and well-equipped rooms and apartments, the extensive spa area, mineral-water pools, saunas and steam rooms, together with varied breakfast and dinner options. Guests often highlight the friendly and professional staff, high standard of cleanliness and the suitability of the property for both couples and families. The hotel also offers children's facilities, fitness, restaurants and facilities for business events.

What guests most often complain about

Critical feedback is relatively limited compared with the hotel's very high overall rating. During periods of high occupancy, some guests mention queues at reception during check-in and check-out. Free parking has a limited number of spaces and cannot be reserved in advance, which can be inconvenient at busy times. There are also isolated comments about individual bathroom design details or service organisation. The hotel is positioned at a relatively high price level, so guests may naturally have particularly high expectations of a five-star experience.

Who is this hotel suitable for?

Empire Balneo & SPA Hotel is particularly suitable for couples, families, spa and balneo travellers and guests looking for a high accommodation standard with extensive thermal facilities. It also works well for longer wellness stays, family holidays and business events. The wide choice of pools and spa facilities makes it attractive outside the summer season as well.

Our recommendation

We recommend Empire Balneo & SPA Hotel as one of the stronger upscale balneo and spa options in Hisarya. The main reasons are its excellent current guest ratings, spacious accommodation, very good cleanliness, varied food and extensive mineral-pool and spa facilities. Before booking, guests should confirm the exact room category, included meal plan and access to individual spa zones. Travellers arriving by car should also keep in mind that complimentary parking spaces are limited.
