For the first time in Bulgaria an international 5-star hotel brand will join the resorts on the Black Sea coast of Golden Sands. The new Kempinski Hotel Grand Hermitage will open doors in the summer of 2005. The owners and operators of the new Kempinski Hotel Grand Hermitage and Kempinski Hotels & Resorts signed a hotel management contract. The Management contract was signed by Josef Halbherr, General Manager of Kempinski Bulgaria EOOD and Vesselin Danev, Director of Sigma Capital. John Chomel-Doe, director of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) for Bulgaria, which will finance the construction of the hotel was also present at the official signing. Kempinski Hotel Grand Hermitage will be located in the posh Bulgarian seaside resort Golden Sands and will open doors in the summer of 2005. The new 5-star hotel offers exquisite luxury and comfort to its clients. The hotel will also offer a wonderful view to the sea.
