What guests appreciate most

Festa Panorama Hotel currently receives very strong ratings for its spacious renovated rooms, cleanliness, comfortable beds and convenient location. The hotel is a short walk from the beach and also provides relatively easy pedestrian access to Nessebar Old Town. Guests frequently praise the variety of the All Inclusive dining, sea views, the friendly attitude of many staff members and the active entertainment programme. Family facilities are another strength, including a kids club, children's entertainment, outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, fitness centre and spa area.

What guests most often complain about

Despite the high overall ratings, there are occasional reports of inconsistent service, particularly during periods of high occupancy. Some guests mention queues in the restaurant, food that is sometimes not sufficiently warm, limited choice for certain dietary preferences and noisy entertainment around the pool. The spa also receives mixed feedback, with reports of a sauna or steam room not operating, an overcrowded indoor pool or weaker service at the spa reception. Parking is charged separately and spaces are subject to availability.

Who is this hotel suitable for?

Festa Panorama Hotel is suitable for families with children, couples and travellers looking for an All Inclusive holiday close to the beach while maintaining convenient access to Nessebar Old Town. It particularly suits guests who enjoy a lively hotel atmosphere with entertainment, swimming pools and organised activities. Travellers looking for a very quiet holiday or choosing the hotel mainly for its spa should confirm the current operating schedule and availability of the spa facilities before arrival.

Our recommendation

We recommend Festa Panorama Hotel as a strong four-star All Inclusive option in Nessebar with very good current guest ratings. Its main advantages are the renovated spacious rooms, cleanliness, location, family facilities and convenient access to both the beach and the Old Town. Before booking, guests should confirm the exact room type and view, the current scope of the All Inclusive programme, operating hours and conditions for the spa facilities and the availability and price of parking.
