Staff needs to improve their English skills. A few is good but majority is not. The shower and drain is flooding the floor in the bathroom if more than one is using the shower. We would find the breakfast to be more enjoyable with more variety. The pool ...

Hello,
I would suggest 3 places for improvement:
We discovered that saunas in spa section are additionally paid when we arrived at a hotel. The prices were rather high. Finally we didn't use sauna at all.
Bathroom in our room was smelling bad. :(
