I booked a room at the nessebar bay hotel 2 months ago, I received the voucher by email a few days before I left, but when I arrived at the hotel I was told that I didn't actually have a reservation at the bay but at nessebar mare. a big disappointment ...

small rooms and uncomfortable beds. you should not accommodate 2 adults and 2 children in such a room. also, the food is not one for 4* hotel
