The complex is composed of two sections, located side by side. Next to them there are nine single-family villas, whose guests can take advantages of free hotel services. In the upper part located on the side of the Pamporovo-Smolyan main road are the restaurant and the disco - this building is mainly used during the winter season. In the next and main building on the side of the villas are located - main reception, tavern, relax zone, lobby bar, playground, cinema hall, gaming room, shop and VIP room. During the summer season, this part is mostly used and the meals are served here in the tavern.

The two bedroom villas in the complex have a maximum capacity of 6 people. Each one has an outdoor barbecue and wireless internet access. Upon request you can request breakfasts and dinners in the tavern of the complex.

On the first floor of each villa there is a living room with fireplace, central heating, TV. The kitchenette is equipped with built-in appliances for cooking and there is a dining room.
To the second floor is a wooden staircase leading to two bedrooms with central heating. Each bedroom has a private bathroom.
