I have stayed at The Orlovetz a number of times now and have to advise this has been the worst.
Before we have been able to eat evening meal at the Perelik which has always been excellent, however, this year we were not permitted to eat at Perelik.

Drinks in restaurant slow and not always correct.
Food at dinner not hot, but always a good selection.
Great reception team and concierge.

Orlovets Hotel

The room had no heating control and was terribly hot. Balcony door open all week. Staff very nice, especially the concierge. Food pretty good, but the hot dishes should be kept hotter
