Excellent hotel. Waiter service staff was poor with exception of one. Poor presentation. Do not keep the food service tray area clean, spa staff excellent.

I used to stay at Orlovetz hotel. The beds were better and so was the room service.
However, the staff at Perelik is definitely much nicer than the one at Orlovetz hotel.
Perelik has a wonderful swimming pool, but the water is a bit cold.
