We have stayed here this last 3 years, it is a lovely hotel, rooms are clean,basic facilities and the staff are friendly. It is good value for money. Location wise its a short free bus journey to the slopes, if there was one thing I would ask for would ...

The room was very noisy, definitely there is need of sound proof work. The lady in the SPA was very rude expecting me to know her rules about the use of sauna.

Food was bad , not much choice , very repetitive. From a country like Bulgaria you’d expect more choice of dairy and vegetables. WiFi was inexistent in rooms, very poor in the lobby too. Very disappointing about that especially when the website states ...
