The height of the hotels affords beautiful sea views for most of the apartments and plenty of free space with marvelous landscaping, water attractions and places for retreat. Those of the apartments without sea view have excellent views to the Stara Planina Mountain.
There are 771 units in the whole resort varying from studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments, to presidential suits. The unit sizes of the apartments start from 59 sq m and come as large as 135 sq m. Almost one third of all the units are in excess of 90 sq m area.

Aparthotel Alpha has 7 stors and is located in the northwest part of the resort. Aparthotel Beta has 6 floors and is also situated in the northwest part of Sunset resort. Aparthotel Sigma is the largest of the 5 hotels with a total built up area of almost 50 000 sq m. The building is twelve storeys high and situated on the apex of Sunset Resort, with floors from 6 to 12 with retreating terraces to the North and South.
