Issues in Greece may affect the winter tourism season in Bulgaria. This was announced by Blagoi Ragin, the chairman of BHRA. Besides, the winter season 2011/2012 will show whether Russian tourists are ready to accept Bulgaria as a tourism destination after the bad publicity, related to Alma Tour and Bulgarian Air. The association expects a growth a growth of the tourism flow, but the lack of investments affects the business hotels seriously. According to Ragin, early bookings for winter season 2011/2012 are pretty good and the industry is ready to welcome even more happy skiers this year.
