The lift passes you will receive personally from our representative in the resort in the morning on the starting date of the ski services or the previous evening, after making an appointment with him/her. Our online prices are up to 20% lower than the ski service prices in the resorts. The booked ski equipment you can gather from the appointed ski-depot, to which you will be directed by our representative. The lift passes are strictly for personal usage ONLY. Important: instant online booking of ski services is possible at least 3 days (7 days in Bansko) before the starting date of the ski services. Booking of ski services, starting within the next 3 days (7 days in Bansko), is available on request.
Cancellation of booked ski services is free 3 or more days before the start date of the ski services.
