Built in 2014, the complex includes three sectors with a total area of about 20 000 sq.m. and the possibility of accommodating up to 900 children.

It is less suitable for travellers expecting contemporary hotel interiors, strong Wi-Fi or high-end service. Before booking, guests should confirm the exact accommodation type - hotel room, villa or bungalow - together with the included meal plan and any organised group programme operating during their stay.

The resort combines the most beautiful part of the eastern part of the Balkan Mountains, covered with coniferous and deciduous forests, with a vast virgin beach with fine sand, about 12 km long and up to 100-120 m wide, in places covered with dunes. The area is popular for children's holidays. About 8 km. north of the complex is the famous children's recreational and health complex "Kamchia", and the sandy strip of the children's complex "Sea Dunes" continues and reaches Kamchia. Shkorpilovtsi is a peaceful place for your vacation, which combines a sea beach with forest meadows. This area is popular for its clean, fresh and healthy air and sea water, which is the cleanest on the Bulgarian coast, there are no other industries and large cities.

Sector 1, located near the sand dunes, consists of 18 bungalows, which are currently not used for accommodation. The sector includes a swimming pool with a slide, a stage, hall 3 and a football field.Sector 2 consists of six monolithic buildings, each of which has 8 rooms for 5 beds, 12 rooms for 4 beds and 4 rooms for 3 beds, or a total of 92 beds in each building. All rooms have a bathroom, balcony and air conditioning. The reception block in Sector 2 has a reception, a lobby, a restaurant with an open terrace, a games room, one of the classrooms, an indoor 1st hall, as well as an open terrace on the roof of 300 sq m. Here is one of the semi-Olympic swimming pools and a multifunctional sports ground.
In Sector 3, there is a second reception with a lobby, a second restaurant with an outdoor terrace. The building was built in 2018 and has 84 rooms with 4 beds, 3 rooms with 5 beds and 7 rooms with 3 beds, or a total of 372 beds. All rooms have a bathroom, balcony and air conditioning. In this building there is also a 2nd hall, a classroom, as well as an outdoor terrace on the roof of 150 sq m. Here is also the second semi-Olympic swimming pool with 6 lanes.
