The room, the service, the food, all were excellent, I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will stay here again in a few months.
The staff were all very helpful, I cannot say enough for this hotel, everything was perfect

Every thing is not so bad, but PAY ATTENTION to your PHONE-BILL !! here is a RIP-OFF !! From Sofia to Italy they charge 3,60 euro every minute !! a 20 minutes call costs as a day into this Hotel. Maybe they love to overcharge their services, without understand that we mean as "service".
Sorry for my bad english, but I'm Italian.

This hotel is rated a 4 star, but should be downgraded to a 3 star. The lobby is impressive, but the rooms are shabby and lack basic amenities such as trash cans. There is no closet to hang your clothes, only a lone hook. The bathroom is the only impressive element to the room. The rooms do not have temperature controls for the heating system. The front desk service is lacking. Often times, the phones are left unanswered at the front desk. Or, your callers may be told that they need to know room numbers or they will not be able to be connected. The breakfast that comes with the room consists of nothing more than boiled eggs and a toaster to toast bread if you wish. Again, not in the 4 star category!!! The only thing going with this hotel is that it is reasonably close to the city center. You'd do better staying at Best Western City Center, which is truly a 4 star hotel and is in the best location.

Ramada by Wyndham Sofia City Center

This weekend myself and three friends stayed at the Sofia Princess,
Bulgaria, we had a fabulous time, the room rate was really reasonable and
the service was of a very good standrad, our rooms were bright and clean and
contained all the comforts of a five star hotel, we found the staff to be
very friendly and would go out of their way to help with anything, room
services was very reasonably priced with a very quick and efficient service.
When in Bulgaria next we will know where to stay!
