Sofia's Radisson SAS Grand Hotel has reopened its Panorama Restaurant, the place with one of the most exciting panoramic views over the capital city. Panorama Restaurant From Ice to Fire has hailed its fourth summer season with a new concept. The place will have no permanent menu since it will be supplied only with fresh products - meat and fish. The delivery is made for each day and used on this same day. Exotic fish, tender meat and every ingredient on offer will be just a few hours old. Guests will be able to choose not only the products but also specific ingredients and the style of preparation of the side dishes. The terrace of Panorama Restaurant From Ice to Fire is overlooking the building of the Parliament as well as two of the legendary symbols of Sofia - the golden domes of the St. Alexander Nevski Cathedral and the monument of Tzar Alexander The Liberator. see source
