Over 3 million souvenirs advertise Bulgaria travel destination

More than 3 million information souvenirs and other advertising stuff promote Bulgaria as all year round travel destination. All activities are estimated to total of 5 million BGN and as a result of the specific conditions that applicants needed to cover, the government managed to save about 2.8 million BGN. Thus, Bulgaria would be able to apply for EU funding from other EU projects. Effective and mass advertising campaign places Bulgaria in the world market of high quality travel destinations. Nearly 2.3 million brochures in 6 languages, as well as souvenirs, low cost information and ad stuff that cost more than 4 million BGN are created and distributed under the project of MIET.
The project is financed under EU program and it includes the creation and distribution of the full set of promotional souvenirs and brochures that share the same concept. Materials include brochures (image and 9 topical), series of regional and theme brochures, information guide, postcards, travel maps, multimedia products, albums and travel guides, as well as souvenirs that show Bulgaria travel logo. All promo items are distributed at world and national travel forums and expos, as well as directly to consumers of tourism products and services. The primary aim is to promote new forms of sustainable, rural tourism in less known destinations in Bulgaria.
