The location of the hotel is great and the view from the sea view rooms is beautiful, however the state of the rooms is very bad, old furniture, stained walls and sheets. The cleaning staff don't actually clean the rooms, on a 5-day stay, they never changed my sheets, vacuumed, or wiped the floors in the bathroom. Even when I got checked in, there was hair on the bathroom floor. The hotel definitely needs to renovate the rooms and update their cleaning policies. The breakfast is tasty and varied and the reception staff was very friendly and helpful.

Не бих препоръчала хотела. Останахме разочаровани от обслужването, налагаше се да правим забележки на персонала. Храната еднообразна всеки ден. Хигиената е под всякакво ниво, а сме в условия на пандемия. Не получихме никаква отстъпка от цената, заради неработещите услуги, които предлага хотелът. Платихме още през февруари, когато въобще не очаквахме, че ще настъпят такива времена. Едно нормално кафе не можеш да изпиеш там, защото не работи лоби барът. Хотелът като сграда и локация е прекрасен, но в сферата на обслужването трябва доста да се постараете.

Ужасно мръсно, нехигиенични. Стаите се дават без дори да е почистен пясъка от предишните гости.
Лоша храна. Навсякъде има следи от храна, комари, залепени дувки по стените.
Мухъл и миризма на готвено. Стаи без гардероб.
Никога не бих препоръчала хотела.

Скоростта на интернета трябва да е много по висока. В стаите с изглед към морето е много шумно и не може да се заспи, ако не е затворена вратата на терасата. Музиката от дискотеката, която се намира на плажа, спира около 5,30 часа сутринта.

We are grateful to all staff at the Coral Hotel who made our stay an exceptional experience. Our room was beyond our expectations, very spacious, clean and quiet. The breakfast room was in an ideal location overlooking the sea and the old city of Sozopol. The food itself had a very good range of options and every day we had the chance to savour something different. The reception staff were friendly and always ready to help. The location of the hotel was very central, both next to the beach and next to shops, restaurants, etc. We will definitely return to Sozopol just because we loved the hotel.

The staff was nice. Shower was broken, drain was blocked, it took me 3 trips to reception and 2 days to get it sorted. Sheets were not changed until 2 days before departure. Overall hygiene was very poor , especially compared to other hotels in the area for the same price and the same stars.

Нивото на обслужване е занижено в сравнение с миналата година, когато също не беше отлично. Тази година липсата на персонал е осезаема. 3 дни поред се молехме някой да ни направи кафе в лоби-бара след началото на работния ден (9ч.) Викаше се човек от ресторанта, в който по това време беше закуската. А закуската - тази година беше под всякаква критика. Не коментирам липсата на разнообразие. А качеството- шунката имаше мирис на начален стадий на разваляне-всяка от петте сутрини, в които закусваме в ресторанта. Пържените филийки - като отрежеш и потича мазнина. Не съм претенциозна към храната, но на закуска не хапвам бъркани яйца и бекон на тава. С това разнообразието се изчерпваше. Определено повече НЯМАм намерение да отсядам в хотел "Корал", нито ще го препоръчам на познати. Единствената му стойност е местоположението. Не мога да отрека удовлетворението си, че заради невъзможност да ни настанят в студиото, което бяхме ангажирали, ни настаниха в апартамент. Но това няма общо с останалите изисквания, които според мен всеки 3-звезден хотел трябва да покрива.

This hotel is an excellent choice with a magnificent view over the sea and the old city of Sozopol. The service is great as well. They could work some more on the quality of their breakfast, but all the rest was worth the price. I recommend this hotel.

Базата на хотела е много добра. Персоналът е изключително любезен. Хигиената е на отлично ниво. Единствените ми забелжки са: еднообразна закуска, с не по-ниско качество на продуктите от очакванията ми. Водата в закрития беше ледено студена и не става за използване от възрастни, а какво остава за деца. Няма възможности за забавление и игра на малки деца.
