„Serena Residence” is a complex with 17 luxury studios and 75 one-bedroom apartments. Each of the apartments and studios has a balcony and individual A/C system. The studio includes one room with two beds and armchair. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Maximum capacity - 3 pax. The one-bedroom apartment Standard and Plus has two rooms - a bedroom and a living room with sofa-bed, armchair and kitchen equipment. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Maximum capacity - 4 pax. The one bedroom Superior apartment has two rooms, a bedroom and a living room with twin beds, sofa-bed and kitchen equipment. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Maximum capacity - 6 pax.
