South Pearl Residence is an ultra modern complex consisting of luxury apartments, with exceptional up-to-date architecture and captivating design. The complex enjoys excellent location – both in terms of communications and position – situated on the first line of the beach. „South Pearl Residence”, apart from the luxury homes with marvelous sea views, offers a wide variety of specialist services and facilities.

What guests appreciate most

The strongest advantage of South Pearl is its location very close to the wide sandy Kavatsi Beach in a quieter area south of Sozopol. The complex offers spacious studios and apartments, many with kitchenettes and balconies, together with an outdoor swimming pool, children's pool, restaurant and bar. Guests most frequently appreciate the proximity to the sea, sea views, generous accommodation size and peaceful atmosphere. More recent reviews also include positive comments about the staff, swimming pool and value for money.

What guests most often complain about

Public ratings indicate some inconsistency between individual units. Comments include dated furnishings, a need for refurbishment and minor technical issues involving air conditioning or kitchenette equipment. Wi-Fi is among the weaker categories. Parking may be paid or limited depending on the specific conditions. Older Tripadvisor reviews contain more serious criticism regarding cleanliness and maintenance, although these should not automatically be treated as representative of the current condition of every apartment.

Our recommendation

We recommend South Pearl primarily for its excellent beach location, spacious accommodation and good value when the rate is competitive. We would not choose it solely because of the historical Resort & Spa name, as the current public product is presented more as an apartment complex and not all former spa services are clearly confirmed as currently operating. Before booking, guests should check recent photos of the exact studio or apartment, available kitchenette equipment, parking conditions and the latest feedback concerning cleanliness and maintenance.

Everything was great, only the kitchen needs a lot of improvement. Broken cupboard,fridge not cooling food (although freezer was working). Almost no equipment. No pan, no plates for soup, not enough glasses, cups, forks and knives, no greater for cheese. ...
